i haven’t tried 1778 or higher than that but I know the higher the version, the more likely my games crash. Pokemon X is currently not supported by the emulator and the quality is. I think you just got to see which older version of citra works for your games because the newer ones just keep crashing my games. Games on the 3DS can run at whatever FPS they wish, Citra will tell you the FPS. i download canary 1777 (which was made around june 2020), loaded my games and there were no crashes. so what i did after was download an older version of citra canary. So for me, this happened when i updated my citra.
